By downloading or using PicDock ("the App"), you agree to the terms outlined below.
PicDock grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the content (images) you view and manage with the App. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use of the App's file management features (move, delete, compress). Please ensure you have backups of your important data.
The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of PicDock and its licensors.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
